Thanks to the two people that responded to our poll we'll keep our trail runs going for a few more weeks... then we'll start our brick workouts where we ride and then run.
So for this Wed. let's meet at Marquam Trail Nature Park again for the same run as the last few weeks. Hope to see many of you there.

Marquam Trail to Council Crest Marquam Trail

Get in a nice hill workout by joining us for the run from the Marquam Trail Nature Park up to Council Crest... and then back down. Will take about 45 minutes and you get to log a 700' gain. No one has coughed up a lung yet, so don't be afraid.

Don't forget to bring enough water, appropriate clothing for the weather and a headlamp in your pack just in case.

Please RSVP.

Meet at the Marquam Trail Nature Park at 6:30 sharp and we'll head uphill to Council Crest and then come back down. Should take less than 1 hour, so no excuses.

Don't forget water, appropriate clothing and a headlamp in your pack.

location:
Saturday, April 19, 2008 - 10:00am
Hood River, Oregon

I'm hosting a training race workout in Hood River on Saturday April 19th. It's completely unofficial and unsupported. If you are interested in joining us, please RSVP ahead of time directly to Dave

Here's how it's shaping up:

Starting in Hood River, it will be a kayak based "backbone" course to simulate what we'll get at the Lake Mead Desert Winds race in May. We'll paddle, get out, do some short orienteering loops on bike or foot, paddle again, get out, repeat... I even have a great rappel option on some beautiful basalt cliffs if you are up for it.
