Come out for a "brick" workout. We'll start with 1-1.5 hours of mt. biking on the trails in Forest Park and then go for a trail run afterwards. Join for just biking or the whole thing.

Be sure to bring both sets of shoes and all your other gear. Throw your ID into your pack too, especially if you're new to the group.
