Mt. Biking &; Running
The Gorge Games are fast approaching so come out for a training brick. We'll bike and then run on the trails in Forest Park. Group will decide bike and run routes at the start, but expect 1-2 hours of biking and 30-60 minutes of running.
Be sure to bring the appropriate gear, clothing and hydration. Don't forget your ID in your backpack too.
