Mt. Biking &; Running
Come out to Forest Park for some mt. biking (and running afterwards if you like). We have a few route choices and decide based on group vote, including single track options. We'll ride for 1-2 hours and run for 30-60 minutes. Be prepared for this by bringing water/hydration and food/fuel you'll need, ID and a bike light/headlamp. Hope to see you!
