I'm looking for some new race shoes and need some of everyone's sage advice.
...About 2 months ago I bought the Salomon XA Comp and found they were great shoes but were killing my arches. So I took them back to REI and it's time to replace them...after trying on a few shoes I'm considering three:
1)Montrail Hurricane Ridge GTX (I'm thinking Gore-tex is a bad idea b/c they won't dry out???)
2)TNF Vapor Light
3)Asics Eagle Trail

Does anyone have experience with any of these shoes or any other wisom to share? Everything helps!!
