One of our team members needs to back out, leaving us in dire need of a fourth person (either male or female) for the Wicked Urban adventure race this Saturday in Portland (http://www.wickedar.com/2005/race/sprint/urban). Our team is currently one woman and two men. Below are the disciplines for the race:

· Mountain Biking

o2 to 3 Hours

oSingle Track

oFireroads, gravel and dirt

oPavement

· Trekking

o1 to 2 Hours

oSingle Track

oFireroads, gravel and dirt

oPavement

· Kayaking

o2 to 4 Hours

oPotential for Light to Moderate Winds

oFlat river, with wind/wave action

· Ropes

oRappelling (50 to 400 feet)
