The famous E Camp Expedition Race Training of Big Bear California (in it's 8th year) joins forces with the prestigious Adventure Camp Skills training program of southern Brazil.
Veteran expedition racers Paul Romero and Karen Lundgren of Team Sole and founders of E-Camp International have partnered with the Brazilian race legend Sergio "Zo" Zolino and his incredible Adventure Camp facilities.
The 4 day/3 night event will include a variety of workshops/demos/lectures, and the infamous E-Camp (overnight) mock race-featuring a coaching format that is as close to the real deal as possible. Brazil's most elite athletes, including Nora Audra (Team Atenah-recently Brazil's G-4 selection) will dish out every tip/shortcut/pearl of wisdom to participants to ensure a fantastic experience of learning how to adventure race faster, smarter, more efficient, and the bottom line...just plain more fun.
Topics/Disciplines covered at E Camp Int'l complete with Video Analysis: Canoe/Kayak Paddle(flat/river), Gear Consult, Trek/Run/Mountaineer, Navigation/Orienteering, Swim, Nutrition Consult, Mountain Bike Riding/Maintenance, complete ROPE work, TEAMWORK, and much much more.
