Last Trail Run - we'll start biking in April.
We've turned the corner and are doing our night trail runs in the fading daylight now thanks to Daylight Savings Time. Come join us at 6:30 p.m. for a nice run on a little known trail that IS NOT in Forest Park.

Meet at the Marquam Trail Nature Park, just off Sam Jackson Parkway (see link above in the Location field for a map). Several showed up last week and enjoyed the city views from the top of Council Crest. Run is about 45 minutes and you get to log a nice elevation gain.

Even though it is light when we start, bring a headlamp because the last part of the run is a bit dark and something may trip you up and you'd fall and dislocate your shoulder, right Shane?
