A Coast Mountain Sports Mind Over Mountain Adventure Race is a one day event aimed at challenging the bodies and minds of adventure enthusiasts. Test your limits on a scenic 30 or 50 km of mountain biking, navigation, trail running and kayaking. Both races this year include a 30 km 'sport' course and a 50 km 'enduro' course. Race solo, or in a team of 2 or 4. MOMAR after-parties are legendary, well deserved celebrations after a gruelling race day!
