Germantown Rd/Leif Ericcson Trailhead

Tuesday Night Mountain bike training - two ride options:

1) MTB ride, non-technical, all levels accomodated. Approx 17 miles of flats, gradual hills and one decent hill climb that is fully ridable...All on Fireroads.

2) MTB ride, non-technical to a few stretches of single track, Aprox 7 miles, a *lot* of hill climbing, very demanding cardio workout, 90% on fireroads, some single track down Newton Road.

A TBD-distance run will follow the bike for those willing and able so don't forget your running shoes.

Where: Forest Park---Meet at the Germantown Road/Leif Ericsson Trailhead (See directions to location).

When: Tuesday Night at 6:30 pm...We will hit the trail promptly so please be on time...We should be done between 8:30 and 9:30 pm.

HEADLIGHTS/LAMPS are mandatory equipment now!!!

Required Gear: head light, tail light, helmet, hydration for 2 hours of exertion, a snack if you want it, synthetic clothes (no cotton), highly recommended you wear a pack with about 10 to 15 pounds of weight (more is *always* better)
