Start time is 6:30 pm
Tuesday Night Trail Runs are back! We will be taking various routes (group interest dependent) that will last between 45 to 120 minutes. Most all routes will be either Single Track or mixed Single Track/Fire road. Generally multiple groups with differing speeds will form, so you should find a comfortable pace group to run with.
If you've never done trail running at night, it's a great chance to practice for 24-hr races. Night time trail running builds excellent running skills by forcing you to pay attention and react quickly. Come see the wild side of Forest Park!
Mandatory gear:Some other items you may want to bring; snack, trail running shoes (it can be MUDDY!!), towel and dry clothes to change into, gloves, hat.
As always, please RSVP for training so that we know how many to expect. If no one RSVPs, we may not show ourselves!
