Champoeg is a great orienteering venue; and the advanced courses (orange and green levels) were designed by Mal Harding, whose courses are known for their challenging qualities! There are also two levels of beginner courses.

Registration begins at 10:30 am Saturday April 19; starts are from 11 to 1. Cost for map and course is $7, plus $2 for each additional person in a group.

Directions: Take I-5 to the Donald exit (Exit 278). Follow the signs to Champoeg Park: drive west on Ehlen Road. Turn right on Case Road, then left on Champoeg Road. Turn right into the park at the entrance (The park has a $3 entrance fee). Follow the Orienteering signs to the west pavilion.
