Hey everybody,
not sure how "new" these news are but I just came across the Trioba website and found a post that some fellow DART racers have aquired the Trioba Adventure Race Series. One can guess what color the new flag will have...Races are back in 2009. http://www.trioba.com
Hope, all is well in the AR crowd. Cheers. Beate

This is a big "Thank You" to those from the PDX AR social this past month who took me up on the offer of being a guina pig for my massage schooling. Your participation and feedback have been very helpful in my efforts to become a therapist. Those who have yet to take advantage of the offer, feel free to do so.
Thanks!
Ken

Bitton Photography slashes prices for PURE Adventure photos!

O.K. PURE Adventure racers, my website data tells me you LOVE to look at your pictures (more than 100 unique visitors since I posted the pics Sunday night), but so far, you HATE to pay $20 for a nice print to hang on your wall. Let me make it easy for you.

Any race photos you order from www.bittonphoto.com by Sept. 15 will be HALF PRICE. That means an 8x10 normally costing $20 will become a $10 purchase at checkout, a 5x7 will cost only $5 instead of $10, etc.

Lose gear at Balance Bar?
Submitted by Renee
Tue, 07/27/2004 - 4:21pm

Did anyone lose some gear at the Balance Bar race? I ended up with a large pair of men's running shoes (Nike or adidas), biking gloves and small Camelbak in my bin. My team number was #23, so if you were on a rack near that and are missing stuff, e-mail me at reneeseker@yahoo.com.
